Armed Men Robbed Universal Pharmacy in Juniata on Tuesday Night

Suspects wanted in armed robbery at Universal Pharmacy

News from Philadelphia Police:

On Tuesday, July 23, 2019, at approximately 10:46 pm, employees were working their shift at the Universal Pharmacy located at 3908 Kensington Avenue when two unknown Hispanic males entered the store. One of the suspects pointed a handgun at an employee chasing after him towards the back of the store.

Simultaneously, suspect #2 began yelling at another employee to put the money inside a bag. When the suspect returned to the front of the store he also yelled at the witness demanding money. After complying with the suspects’ demands, placing an unknown amount of money from both registers inside a backpack he had with him, both suspects then fled and were last seen west on Luzerne Street.
