Holy Innocents Church to open for Personal Prayer on Sundays; Archbishop is livestreaming Mass

UPDATE: DUE THE THE SERIOUSNESS OF THE COVID-19 CRISIS, HOLY INNOCENTS WILL NOT BE OPEN ON SUNDAYS FOR PERSONAL PRAYER AS PREVIOUSLY REPORTED.

Due to the seriousness of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), Holy Innocents Church and the Adoration Chapel will be closed until further notice.

On Sundays, however, the Church will be opened for Personal Prayer from 9:00 AM – 12:00 Noon.

Stations of the Cross are cancelled and hours posted in the Bulletin for Confessions are cancelled.

The Rectory Office will be closed until further notice.

The Worship Sites of St. Joachim and St. Joan of Arc will be closed until further notice.

Archbishop Nelson Perez is asking that you join him via #livestream tomorrow, Sunday, March 22nd at 11:00 a.m. (EST) for Mass celebrated at Cathedral Basilica of Saints Peter & Paul. It will be streamed live here on my Facebook, at https://vimeo.com/event/17522, on the Archdiocese of Philadelphia facebook, and website http://archphila.org.

“These live streams will be provided on an ongoing basis and are being provided for individuals to participate in Sunday Mass remotely during the #COVID19 pandemic,” Archbishop Perez said in a Facebook post today. “This week, I will again be the principal celebrant & homilist for Mass.
